The buffet breakfast was good with Japanese and Western food options. Also good for vegetarians. The room was spacious. Lobby and elevators are nice looking. The location is also very good, most of the places are in walking distance.

Everyone working there was very very helpful. My luggages we're failed to be shipped to Narita airport, so the hotel manager and another person carried my luggages all the way to Shinkansen. Couldn't have asked for more!!

* relatively spacious room * cleanliness * friendly staff * good location close to train station (not related to hotel itself: the pavement along the way is in bad shape with many bumps, so and even though it's close dragging heavy suitcase was quite difficult) * comfortable bed * good, large TV * nice room design, with additional small table and armchair * free mineral water and Koiwai candy as welcome gift * coffee machine in the room * price was ok

Everything!!! Breakfast was absolutely fantastic, many options for everyone! The room was a big enough for two persons. Clean, great location, many restaurants near the hotel, quiet, staff are friendly!

The hotel is in a moderate location, the room is surprisingly large, the room is neat and clean, and the bathroom supplies are above the standard. It is highly recommended!

loved the look of the hotel - very retro, art decor-ish. literally across from morioka station. lots of food options around.
